I always like to work Flywheel or Dailey Method cycle classes into my week, so keeping my gym bag fully stocked is a necessity. From my go-to sneaks to my favorite fuel, my gym bag essentials are listed below!
Kicks: I live in my Nikes, especially because I walk to work. I recently added the grey Lunarepic Low Flyknit 2 to my sneaker collection and wear them every single day! They’re perfect for throwing on before a class or wearing for weekend errands.
Hydrate: Having a trusty water bottle is a must, and I’m loyal to my S’Well bottle in rose gold. It’s always by my side! It’s ideal for group classes or hydrating throughout the day.
Pullover: I always like to have a pullover in my gym bag to throw on before and after a work-out. I live in this lululemon athletica Define Jacket, which was shockingly gifted to me by brothers (they have better taste in athleisure than I do!).
Snack: I’m a big believer in having a light snack a few hours before a cycle or yoga class and always have raw almonds or these Kashi GoLean bars in my bag for some extra fuel before heading out!
Hold-All Hair Accessories: As an ex-J.Crew employee, I try to support their brand. I was so excited when they partnered with New Balance to launch a line of athletic wear and have been loving the headbands to keep hair in place and add a pattern to an ordinary work-out ensemble.
