March Playlist

I’ve always been a believer that a good playlist is crucial. From the morning commute, to making media lists, I have Spotify going to provide the perfect soundtrack. Right now, I can’t get enough of these five tunes – there’s a little bit of everything!

“What Kind of Man” – Florence + the Machine: I have been a huge fan of Florence Welch for years (especially after being front row at her show at Lollapalooza) and was thrilled to discover that she recently released a new single. In typical Florence fashion, this ballad shows of her amazing pipes and I can’t stop listening!

“Sweet Thing” – Van Morrison: Similar to my wardrobe, I always love to mix in a few classics to my playlist. I was recently shopping and heard this cheerful Van Morrison song and realized I needed it back in my life.

“Don’t Save Me” – Haim: I have never heard a Haim song that I didn’t love, but this one is probably my favorite. Although I could listen to this talented trio all day long, “Don’t Save Me” is the perfect mix of upbeat and easygoing, perfect for any occasion.

“Lights Out, Words Gone” – Bombay Bicycle Club: This band is one of my favorites; their songs provide the quintessential background music when I need to focus and check things off of my to-do list. I would suggest their Pandora playlist to inspire productivity.

“Sugar” – Maroon 5: This is definitely the guilty pleasure on the list. I hate how much I love this song, but it is just so cute. Now all I need to do is learn the words!
