Style Crush: The Most Stylish Teenager in America

She may be young, but boy, does Zendaya know how to dress! Her unique, confident style is so fun to see and I love that she is no one but herself! Here are a few of her many looks that I love:

This look is school girl-cool, with a twist! I love the monochromatic mini dress with the daring over-the-knee patent leather boots. Trés chic!

It’s hard to believe Zendaya’s age when she pulls out a perfectly polished look like this sophisticated pink ensemble. What a dream outfit for a big meeting!

This look really shouldn’t work, but somehow Zendaya pulls it off. I love the mixed mediums and the statement earrings!

I love this two-piece outfit. Even though it is black and white, it is anything but boring!

Who can actually pull off culottes?! Zendaya, that’s who!

Whose style are you eyeing these days?

Style Crush: xoxo, Gossip Girl

I could honestly say that I have yet to come across a Blake Lively fashion moment that I haven’t loved. The fact that she doesn’t use a stylist makes me even more impressed with the looks she chooses. See below for some of my favorites!

Blake Lively - Green Lantern Premiere in L.A.-06-560x883

Blake Lively wore this Chanel gown to the Green Lantern premiere years before Poppy Delevingne tied the knot in a very similar one. Usually, I’d think it was a little strange that Poppy wanted to wear such a similar dress, but seeing that it’s Chanel and how beautiful it is, I really can’t blame her!

At the premiere of Savages, she showed up wearing a stunning hand-embroidered black beaded gown by Zuhair Murad.

Blake attended an event at last year’s Cannes Film Festival in this Giambattista Valli Haute Couture mini dress. The details of the dress, along with the pastel colors, are perfect for a summer soiree.

Pulling off a 100% sequined dress is not an easy task, but Mrs. Reynolds is able to do so tastefully in this gorgeous dress by Gucci.

Blake truly represents old Hollywood glam with this black and white ball gown and sleek side chignon.

Style Crush: Over-the-Top Chic with Kylie Jenner

I know she isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, but I’m completely fascinated by Kylie Jenner. Her more-is-more style mixed with her confidence to wear whatever she pleases really speaks to me. Whether she is on the red carpet or scooting around town in her (awesome) G-Wagon, her looks are always eye catching. Here are a few that I’d love to add to my wardrobe!

I love bell bottoms and black, so I’m naturally drawn to this look. I’d rock this any day of the week.

Matching sets are the best, and how cute is this metallic short version?

Kylie definitely knows how to take a risk; I think that this blue hair + white jumpsuit combo definitely paid off.

Even when keeping it simple, Kylie adds fun details, like the curved hem on this red dress.
Even better, it’s from H&M!

Going double on the denim! I love how flattering and fun this look is.
The perfect way to do a head-to-toe jean combination.

What’s your take on Kylie’s new look?

Style Crush: Reese Witherspoon

I have been a huge fan of Reese Witherspoon since the Sweet Home Alabama/Legally Blonde days. Her street style is very similar to mine, and she always looks stunning on the red carpet. Here are a few of my favorites!

She is a girl after my own heart here wearing skinny jeans, a collared shirt and sweater. We would be the best shopping partners.

The sleeves on this dress gives it a little edge but I love the polka dots and classic black pumps.

Here is a more fashion-forward trend on Reese. I love the cutouts and the two piece ensemble. The tasseled heels and bright bag make the outfit really pop.

This is one of my favorite red carpet looks from Reese. I think the color and silhouette are amazing on her and she looks flawless.

Here she is sporting here new clothing line, Draper James. I am really excited about her collection and have already marked a few of my wants on the website. Check it out!

Style Crush: Jamie Chung {Round Two}

When it comes to style crushes, mine are always on celebs that dress in a way that I can actually achieve. That may seem obvious, but many times celeb style is unattainable, and wearing heels to the grocery store isn’t in the cards for me.  That’s why I (and Katelyn!) love actress-turned-blogger Jamie Chung’s sophisticated, classic style.

Her blog, What the Chung?, provides her followers with some fabulous and totally doable outfit inspo. From a casual ensemble for brunch, to what to wear to a cocktail party or formal event, Jamie’s got you covered. Needless to say, I want everything in her closet.

I love this look for summer weekends. I’ve always been a big believer in mixing in a touch of leopard to any outfit, so I love how she paired the animal-print sandals with a printed top and denim jacket.

There’s something about a red dress that makes such a statement, but finding the right one is hard. I love how this simple silhouette has a touch of lace, adding a romantic element to the look. Now this is a red dress I’d actually wear!

Until recently, I wasn’t a huge fan of navy and black. It was actually a pet peeve. But looks like this inspired a sudden change of heart. Paired with a metallic and interesting clutch, Jamie’s black and navy ensemble is beyond chic.

This would be my ideal office look. It’s both sophisticated and polished, perfect for a client meeting or attending a media event. And those shoes…..

With summer in full swing, I’m currently lusting over patterned shorts and shades. I’m loving the way Jamie pairs a busy print with camel wedges and retro sunnies. I’ll take one of each, please!
